So far you have seen the information available in the Electronic Homes Magazine. The $12/month per agent is well worth this feature alone . . . but think what would happen if two or more other agencies in town use this system . . . it will be the perfect MLS system to find what properties are currently available at the participating agencies.
Each listing takes about five minutes to put up. The broker decides who does it in his or her agency. In most cases, the agents themselves do it. In some the broker does it, in some the secretary does it, and in at least one a high school kid is putting the listings in for the broker. As one person told us, "It's not computer programming, it's secretarial work."
Our system is market driven. Sure, you can have a local agreement that the listings need to be put in within so long . . . but with our system it's not needed. The owner of the house will be looking for it on www.ezmls.com. We encourage you to use our web address in your advertising and we will give you (absolutely free) stickers you can put in the upper corner of your yard signs with our logo and web address. By putting the line: See all of our listings at www.ezmls.com in your regular advertising, every ad will promote every listing for every client.
Think of the possibilities. For a high-tech agent he or she can sign a listing; go outside the house and take a picture with a digital camera; come back inside and with a laptop put the listing with the picture (or pictures) on ezMLS ® before he or she leaves the property. Talk about referrals!!
