The agent could have inserted more information about herself as you will see in the "add an agent" page. While the page above is accessible to the public, the "add an agent" page is not accessible to the general public and requires both a user name and a password to access. You will see some of those examples in future pages. You will notice on the page above there is an email link for the agent. You can simply click on it (on the actual system) and it will open an email box addressed to the agent. Type a message like "I'd like to show 901 N. Madison home Tuesday. Please call me so we can make arrangements". Hit send and it's in her email box. Of course you can pick up the phone and call her. The number is right in front of you. Also on the full listing detail page (as well as the short form page) is a link to the agency. It's next on the tour and is the last thing accessible to the public.
