The public as well as real estate agents can search our system for property. We have three categories.
They select a category, then a state, and then a town. From there they can narrow the search by the following criteria: (please wait for picture to download)
In the example above I have searched a narrow range in El Dorado, Arkansas. Putting numbers into the next blanks would have been minimum numbers. For example, if I had put 2200 square feet with 3 bedrooms and two baths - the only results I would see are houses with at least 3 bedrooms, at least 2 baths, at least 2200 square feet, and fell in the narrow price range of $135,000 to $140,000. I could also limit the search to one or more areas of town. In El Dorado they have divided the town into 21 areas of which only four are viewable on this sample. You can see them all if you search our actual system. This form allows you to refine a search to eliminate those houses that do not meet the criteria your client desires.
