Active Listing Report

On the system this report is sortable by any of the color headers in the green bar at the top. Listings are displayed ten to a page or you can search the report for just the property you are looking for in either this or the Sold listing report below. For example, if you are only interested in property that is between $90,000 and $100,000 you can eliminate the rest of the report. Also, clicking on the blue ID number on the left (on the actual system) will take you to the Full Listing Detail page for that property.
You'll notice on this report the selling date is added so you can figure days on market. Also, both the listing price and the selling price are shown and the price per square foot is now figured on the selling price.
After you sign a contract with ezMLS ® we will set-up your agency account. You do the rest. The next page will show you how easy it is for you to add an agent to the system.
